I can also help with slow computers, software problems, storage issues, email problems, and other everyday Apple frustrations — and show you the features that are actually useful without overwhelming you with everything the device can do.

Wi-Fi problems are often more complicated than simply buying a newer router. I can help determine what's actually causing poor coverage or unreliable connections and improve the network where you really use it.

That can include router and mesh Wi-Fi setup, extending coverage to garages and outdoor areas, connecting printers and other network devices, cleaning up old equipment, and documenting what everything does.

I can also help simplify home television setups, including free over-the-air TV using an antenna and network tuner so multiple TVs and devices can watch — and, when configured appropriately, record — local broadcasts.

For important collections, that may include a 3-2-1 backup strategy: multiple copies, on different types of storage, with at least one copy kept somewhere else.

That can include account information, important documents, password-manager recovery instructions, device information, and a straightforward digital continuity plan.

For simpler sites, I use templates and components I've developed to keep the cost reasonable while still producing a polished, professional result.

I can also help with domain registration, custom domain names, email at your domain, hosting, basic analytics, search-engine setup, and ongoing changes.

Most importantly, the website and domain remain yours. You shouldn't have to keep paying a web designer simply because they control the keys to your site.
